SQ-01 MFlab Tri-ball Incentive Spirometer

Purpose

This lung exerciser is used for post-thoracic surgery patients to practice deep and slow breathing to exercise the respiratory muscles and promote normal lung function, reduce mucus retention, and reduce lung infections.

General Features

1. Made of clear plastic, each chamber provides clear visibility of three balls.

2. A mouthpiece is connected to the base of the device for patient suction. It is removable and washable.

3. A filter is installed at the base of the device to trap dirt.

Technical Features

1. The first chamber, with a blue ball, has a volume marking of 600±60 cc/sec.

2. The second chamber has an orange ball and a volume marking of 900±90 cc/sec.

3. The third chamber has a green ball. It has a volume marking of 1,200±120 cc/sec.

It is used by sucking the ball up to the designated mark to obtain the indicated volume.
